Our first game was against Spirit United who we played very strong. We controlled the game by keeping possession of the ball and the game but we couldn’t find the goal. Half way through the second half with no subs we lost possession of the game and they got a goal, ten minutes later they got another. With thirteen minutes left we took possession of the ball and the game back and scored three goals in ten minutes to seal the win, 3-2.

The second game was against a strong Freehold team that was ranked #10 in NJ a very skilled and disciplined team that got ahead of us 0-1 by half. In the second half our defense kept shutting them down and we played our game. Hailey settled a short punt by the keeper and volleyed the ball over the keeper to tie it 1-1. And a few minutes later we scored again to be up 2-1. With two minutes left in the game and twenty minutes after the sun had set they crossed a ball on the ground that no one could see and it ended up rolled into the back of the net, 2-2. Another great game and weekend.
